$50 per adult over the age of 18.

$200 administrative fee per unit.

Yes. Security deposits range from $300 to $600 depending on credit score.

When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Online Payments (Resident Portal), Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks, and Money Orders.
What utilities are required in the rent?
Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for electricity and internet.
What appliances are included in the apartments?
Each apartment includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
Washers and dryers are not included in the apartments. An on-site laundry facility is available for resident use.
What amenities are available for residents?
Residents can enjoy a gated pool and hot tub, dog park, basketball court, and sand volleyball area.
Is parking available? If so, is there a monthly fee?
Covered and uncovered parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional cost.
Do you have EV charging stations?
No, EV charging stations are not available on the property.
Do you have a dog park or pet washing station?
The community features a large gated dog park. There is no pet washing station on-site.
Do you have package lockers or package delivery services?
No package lockers are available. Packages are typically delivered to residents’ mailboxes or front doors and may occasionally be held in the front office.
Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request service?
Yes. Residents can submit maintenance requests through the resident portal or by calling the office.
Are there any community events for residents?
Yes. Monthly resident events are hosted throughout the year, often themed around holidays.
Is there a preferred employer or student discount program?
No, we do not currently offer a preferred employer or student discount program.
